The prevalenceof the moderncultureandthe increaseof the scientific
renaissancecouldprovidenohelpinthefieldsofsavingmanfromwars
andtheotherarduousproblems.Somepeoplepresupposethatthepro-
motionofsciencesandcultures,asasubstituteforthereligiousandmor-
aldisciplines, mayguarantee peaceandluxury. Thispresuppositionis
toodegradedtobediscussed.Scienceisatwo-edgedweapon.Likebeing
usedforconstructionandreformation, itmaybe usedfordemolishing
anddeformation.Ithasbeenturnedintoacrisisandanessentialorigin
oftheinternationalhorrorandfearonlywhenpoliticiansandrulersneg-
lectedthe religiousrestraint.RobertMilkan says,“The mostimportant
matterinthislifeisthefaithintheactualityofminds,andthevalueof
ethics.The decline of thisbeliefhas been the directreasonbeyondthe
publicwar.Wemustnowexerteffortsforacquiringorbracingthisfaith,
lestsciencewillbeworthless,andthisworldwillbedisastrousforman-
kind.”.
RobertHushanceaffirms,“Asthematerialsciencehasattaineditsclimax
in the fields of knowledge, technology andnature, it has attained the
deepest point in the circle of policy and morality.”
Inconsequence,peoplehavebeenrecordingtheiroutstandingtriumphs
in the fieldsof biological and geologicalsciences. We areliving in the
competitionofinventions,andtherehasbeenamagnificentprogressin
theouterspaceandtheotherplanets.Humanityhadneverevendreamt
of reaching the surface of the moon. Moreover, there are serious en-
deavors to reach the other planets.
Weshouldaskwhethersuchexplorationsandinventionshaveachieved
goodforhumanityinthe fieldsofcooperation,association,andluxury,
ornot.Theansweristhatthecontraryhasoccurred.Suchscientificpro-
gresshastakenhumanitylowerandlowerinto thesavagefightingand
theenormousdisputation thatcarriedpermanenthorrortomankind.It
hasalsotakenmantothebottomofethicalworseningandsexualconfu-
sion.
Thetrendsofmodernsciencespushedmentodegradeeachother.Thisis
clear in the United States where a racial discrimination has been the
characteristicofthelegislativeregulations.Thisdiscriminationismainly
noticedinschoolsanduniversities.Theauthoritiesthereruled thatthe
white shouldpossess lodging higher thanthat of the black. Therehas
beenadifferenceinpenalties,too.Al-Ahram,theEgyptianjournal,men-
tionsintheissuedatedon30/8/1958,thattheinternationalbodyofanti-
radicalism called for protesting against the death sentence issued to
JimmyWilson,theblackAmericanman,fortheaccusationoflarcenyof
