CULTURAL PLANNING IN THE MODERN

EDUCATIONAL PROCESSES

Themodernregimeshavepaidspecialattentiontotheteachingaffairs,
consideringthemasthenaturalrightofeverycitizenundertherespons-
ibilityandsupervisionofthe governments.Ministriesandseveralcom-
mitteeshavebeendedicated tothe teachingprocesses.The missionsof
these bodies are concerning, developing, and advancing the teaching
processes.Teachingfederationshavebeen alsoestablished fornoticing
andguardingtheteachers’affairs.Thegreatpowershavedevotedgrand
assets of the publicbudget to expandthe scopesof teaching. Thishas
createdthemanyschools,faculties,anduniversitiesthatprovidestudies
invariousfieldsofsciencesandarts.Thetremendousideologicaldevel-
opments of inventions and industrials have been the outcome of this
concern.Mancouldinvadetheouterspace,reachthemoonanddispatch
satellitesthatpicturedeverysituationtheypassedbyandsentthesepic-
tures to the earth. Man could alsorepair anydefect in those satellites
fromthe headquartersontheearth. Thosesatelliteshaveautomatically
recordedtheinformationoftheclimateandtheuniversalraystheypass
byintheirorbits.Scienceisgoingonmoredevelopments,andmanisgo-
ingonachievinggreatertriumphs.Nevertheless,eachpoliticalregimein
thisworldhasadoptedaspecialphilosophyinjudgmentandpolicyand
has benefited by science for publicizing its principals and political ideas.
