responsive, none would lack arts and professions, and people would
havethesameartsandprofessionsortheopposite.Wardenswhointend
toselectaprofessionforthewardsshouldfirsttestthenatureandsuit-
ability.Hence,professionsshouldbeselectedonthebasesofsuitability
