vidualtomasterthepersonal skills,andfulfilltherequiredsocialtasks
completely,anddevelopthemakingsasmuchaspossible.Inaddition,it
shouldshareoutthespiritsofequalityamongpeople.Otherwise,itwill
notachievethepoliticalequalitythatthelawdeclares.Thesocialgoalof
educationisthemanagementoflearninginawaythatproducesthein-
dustrial developmentforachieving people’scontentmentand enabling
them to act the necessary social duties.”
