arrestingandchasingthecriminals.Nationsarecompetingforcaringfor
policebyproviding meansof teaching, training,andimmunizing with
guaranteesandluxurysothattheywillimplementtheirhugeresponsib-
ilities perfectly. Specialists in the educational affairs of police refer to
