Love and Affiliation
Islamhascalledforthepredominanceoflove,affiliation,andcordial-
ity amongthe familymembers whoare required toavoid anyconcern
thatmayconfusethepurityoftheliving.Womenshouldmeetthisliabil-
ityinthe firstplace sincetheycanturnahomeintoaparadise-by ful-
fillingtheduties,consideringthemorals,andbeingauniquebeliever-or
into a hell.A mantoldthe Prophet (s) of his wife’scustoms, “She re-
ceivesmeasIenterthehouse,andseesmeoffasIleave,andalleviates
my cares if she notices any. She used to say, ‘You should care about
nothing.Ifyoucareforthelivings,thisisthemissionofotherthanyou.
Ifyouarecaringforaparadisiacalmatter,Allah,then,mayincreaseyour
care.’”TheProphetdeclaredhisgreatadmirationofthatlady,“Tellyour
ladythat shewillbe abidingin theParadise.She istrulyone of God’s
veritable servants.”.
Whenwivestakecareoftheirhusbandsbyfulfillingtheirduties,affil-
iationwillbeprevalent.Furthermore,atieofdeepadorationwillbees-
tablishedamongthefamilymembers,andthiswillleadtothesuccessful
education.
