Sexual Devation
Thereductionanddiminutionofthematrimonialproportionsexuded
thedisadvantages thatthreatenedthe destructionanddisintegrationof
familyentitiesandindividuals’behavioraldisorder.Oneofthemostcrit-
icaldisadvantages wasthe predominanceofabuse.It isclearly notable
thatnothingshouldbemoremenacingandfatalthanthecommonnessof
abuse,which isbehindtheconfusionof lineageandthe collapseofthe
moral rules. God has counted fornication with polytheism, and com-
pared itwith thosewho commit homicide. They arethreatenedof im-
mortality in the hell-fire. God says:
Andthey who do notcall upon anothergodwith Allah anddo not
slay the soul, which Allah has forbidden except
inrequirementsofjustice,andwhodonotcommitfornicationandhe
who does this shall find a requital of sin.
The punishmentshall be doubledtohimon theday of resurrection,
and he shall abide therein in abasement.
Islamhasinstitutedmanydamsandobstaclesagainstfornication.Ithas
ordered women of concealing their charms. God says:
And do not display their ornaments except what appears thereof.
It is alsoforbiddenfor womento attract the attentions andleading to
their beauties and decorations. God says:
...Andletthemnotstriketheirfeetsothatwhattheyhideoftheirorna-
ments may be known.
Menareforbiddenfromassociatingwithwomenexceptthefamilymem-
bers. The Prophet says,“You are not permitted tomeet womensepar-
atelyexceptthoseenjoyingadegreeofprohibition.”.Itisalsoillegalto
touch women other than the family members. The Prophet (s) said,
“Stabbingwithanironpinisquitepreferabletotouchinganon-consan-
guineouslady.”.Therewardsofthewomen’sprayersthatareperformed
intheirhousesareassameasthoseperformedinmosques.ThisIslamic
ruling intends to guard women against mixing with men and being
pushed in depravities and losing dignity, nobility, and honor.
Islamhasusedalldevicesandpotentialsforcontestingthesexualde-
viationandthe libidinousanarchy,andstrugglingallofthemeansthat
cause womento fall in depravities. Islam has alsocalled forelevating
womentothemaximallevelsthatmakethemgoodhousewives,educat-
ors,andgentle.Ithasintendedtocausethemtobeencompassedbydig-
nityandhonor.Themodernmaterialistcivilizationhascheatedwomen
