programs in eight

different states,

i.e., Illinois, Ohio,

New York, New

Jersey, West Virginia,

Florida, Maryland,

ani Oregon.

In 6 of the

7 states an

"exclusive"

public sector

contract

has

been approved

by

the respective

states.

Mission Statement
