Salad Dressing Starter


Use this starter recipe to create a variety of flavorful
dressings. Let your personal taste preferences be your
guide when adding herbs and spices for your signature
Paleo dressing. MAKES ½ CUP


5 tablespoons plus 1 teaspoon avocado, walnut,
flaxseed,
or olive oil
2 tablespoons plus 2 teaspoons freshly squeezed
lemon,
lime, or orange juice
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend
thoroughly. Use as is, or add herbs and spices as desired.
