Spinach Salad Dressing


MAKES 5 CUPS


3 tablespoons dry mustard
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 cup Burgundy wine
1 cup pureed fresh tomatoes
2 cups flaxseed oil
1 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Pour into a cruet and
shake well before each use.
