Omega 3 Russian Salad Dressing
MAKES 1½ CUPS
1 cup fresh tomatoes
½ cup flaxseed oil
½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
3 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice
1 teaspoon paprika
1 small scallion, coarsely chopped, or 1 teaspoon
onion powder
1 teaspoon horseradish powder (optional)
1 garlic clove (optional)Put all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
