White Fungus Mushroom Tofu Stew (㱁㧷䢰㙣⠌䉶㞀)
Ingredients:
Mushroom 100g
White Fungus 60g
Tofu 3 pieces
Cooking Instruction:
- Wash mushroom
- Wash white fungus, trim and soak in water for 30 minutes
- Cut tofu into small cubes
- Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until hot
- Fry tofu until lightly brown, add mushroom and white fungus, stir-fry for 1 minute
- Add ¼ cup of water, bring to a boil and then simmer, covered, for about 5 minutes
- Add a pinch of salt and serve

- Tonify spleen and stomach, benefit yin and nourish liver
- Clear heat, generate body fluid to moisten dryness
- Benefit qi, harmonize spleen and stomach
Caution:
- Not suitable for patient with internal cold-damp symptoms (loose stools, excessive saliva)
