Ginger Mint Green Tea
Clearing Heat
Ingredients:
3 ounces Ginger, sliced
1 cup Mint Leaves
6 bags Green Tea
½ cup Honey
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
6 cups Water
Directions:
- In a large saucepan over high heat, combine ginger and water and bring to a boil
- Remove from heat and add mint and tea bags
- Cover pot and let steep for 15 minutes
- Strain liquid into a large pitcher or other container.
- Add honey and lemon juice and stir
- Leave out until it has cooled to room temperature or refrigerate
- Serve
