Radish, Mushroom, Black Fungus and Chicken Soup
(萝卜, 冬菇, 云耳 煮 鸡汤)
Ingredients
- Ji tui (鸡腿) chicken leg 2
- luo bo (萝卜) Radish 1ib
- Yun er (云耳) black fungus 30 g
- mushroom (mo gu 蘑菇) 5 pcs
- Da suan (大蒜) garlic 3 claves
- Sheng jiang (生姜) fresh ginger 3 slices
- Qing cong (青葱) green onion 10 g
- Sheng chou (生抽) soy sauce 1 tbp
Seasoning: pinch of salt
Cooking methods:
- Soak black fungus and mushroom for 30 minutes and rinse, then cut into small pieces.
- Wash the chicken legs and cut into small pieces.
- Pee led the garlic, cut into pieces
- Wash green onion and cut into small pieces
- Peeled the radish, cut into pieces
- Mix the chicken, black fungus, mushroom, ginger and garlic with 1 tablespoon of soy
sauce and pinch of salt. - Put 2 liter of water, 2 tbsp of vegetable oil into the pan and bring to boil, them put the
mixture into the boiling water, cover the lid and bring to boil, and then add the radish into
the pot, cover the lid and bring to boil. - Add the green onion. Turn of the power.
- Pinch of salt and serve
