Stuffed Bean Curd Sheet
Ingredients:
3 bean curd sheet
1 Cup soaked Black fungus, shredded
1 Cup cooked spinach
1 Cup shredded cooked carrots
Soy sauce
Salt
pepper
Directions:
- Pre-soak dry bean curd sheet or use fresh/frozen bean curd sheet
- Seasoned the ingredients with soy sauce, salt and pepper.
- Layer the 3 ingredients across the sheet and roll up
- Steam for ½ hour
