Vegetable Sir Fry
General/Diabetes, gout, overweight, HBP
Ingredients:
450g Chinese Okra
100g Burdock
150g white radish
100g Fresh Shitake Mushroom
1 Tbsp Oil
Salt To taste
1/4C water
Directions:
- Peel burdock, radish and remove ridges of Chinese Okra, slice in small pieces.
- Heat oil, add in mushroom and fry until fragrant.
- Add remaining ingredients, stir fry for 5 minutes, add salt.
- Add ¼ C water, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
