  1. Type the information shown in cells A14, B13 through B15, C14, D14, and E14, as shown
    in the accompanying figure.

  2. Then, pick cells F13 through F15; in the formula bar, type MMULT (B9:D11, K3:K5);
    and, while holding down the Ctrland the Shiftkeys, press the Enterkey. This sequence of
    operations will create the result shown in the accompanying figure. The values ofx 1 ,x 2 , and
    x 3 are now calculated.
