Part V: Access and Windows SharePoint Services

FIGURE 35.32
Set the Web Display Form property to the navigation form’s name.
At this point, the application has been successfully published to SharePoint Access Services. The
tables, relationships, queries, and other infrastructure are hosted by SharePoint. Users have a form
or two to work with and a navigation form to help them get to the forms they need. Figure 35.34
shows the Access Services application hosted in SharePoint when a user browses to the site’s URL.
You use the same desktop version of the Access application for maintenance. You make changes to
tables, queries, forms, and so on just as you did before the publishing process, and you resynchro-
nize the changes so that users can see them. Users will have to provide a username and password
when logging on to SharePoint, but that should not be an obstacle to authorized users.
