MANAGING CHANGE

The Problem with

Problem Solving: OSCILLATION

 Recognizing the problem (see) leads to action to solve
the problem
  Leads to less intensity of the problem
  Leads to less action to solve the problem
  Leads to the problem remaining

 False sense of security: you know just what you are
supposed to do: find and solve problems. If you
didn’t have problems, what would you think about?
How would you spend your time?

 What drives the action is the intensity of the problem
 REACTIVE OSCILLATION.
