reverse.
Oil on cradled panel, 9 3/4 x 16 in. (24.8 x
40.6 cm), framed in a liner.
Condition: Retouch to sky in u.r. quadrant.
Provenance: From Mrs. Joseph A. Ropes,
Boston, to the Worcester Art Museum (1921),
to Tobias and Fisher Gallery (1949), to a
private collection, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania;
through to current owner by family descent.
