And Belgium's capital bAd gather'd then
Her Bet.uty and her Cbinlry, and bright

To chue the gloYin.g Houn 'llfitb ftyiog fee~
But, bark !-thAt heavy aound breaka in once more,
AI if the clouds its echo w ould repeat ;
And nearer, clearer, deadlier than before I
