“One day I sort of lost it a little bit in
church. I was with a group of friends and
I just railed against the sexual insanity of
it. And then the next morning, one of
them called me and said, ‘Let’s have
breakfast.’ Then she goes, ‘No, we can’t
talk here. We’ve got to go to my
apartment.’ So I went to her apartment.
And then she talked about her addiction
to porn and sexual bondage and S and
M. She had been in that world. So she
understood it. She told me all about it.
And then I remembered I loved her. We
had worked in the ministry together. This
