Whenthedisciplinesofbodyandmindpurificationarepracticedasdescribed

ionoftheHigherSelf.Thisallowsthemindtofathomnewhorizonsandtotran-
scenditslimitations,notjustintheworldofhumanaffairsbutalsointherealmof
theinnerdimensionsoftheSoul.Whenahumanbeingbeginstoawakenthevirtu-
ousqualitiesandtodevelopasensitivitytowardsthegloryoflifeandthesublime
natureoftheSpirit,thesoulisbecomingpureandthespiritualawakeningofthe
personalityisoccurring.Thelatentgiftsofthesoulbegintoemergeandtheperson-
alitybecomespowerfulanddynamicandatthesametimethespiritualstrengthand
convictionalsogrows.Thisisthedesiredeffectoftheteachingsandpracticesof
KemeticHealth.Theyshouldbeallowedtocontinueuntilthehumanbeingreaches
theultimateawareness ofthedivine nature, thecovetedgoalofspiritual
enlightenment.

What is Meditation?
Meditationmaybethoughtofordefinedasthepracticeofmentalexercisesanddisciplinestoenable
theaspiranttoachievecontroloverthemind,specifically,tostopthevibrationsoftheminddueto
unwantedthoughts,imaginations,etc.Justasthesunisrevealedwhenthecloudsdisperse,sothe
lightoftheSelfisrevealedwhenthemindisfreeofthoughts,imaginations,ideas,delusions,gross
emotions, sentimental attachments, etc. The Self, your true identity, is visible to the conscious mind.
