Exercise 4.3: FLAT BAR - 3HOLE Drawing
Create the A (ANSI) Landscape - IPS - Third Angle
3HOLES drawing as illustrated below. Do not display
Tangent Edges. Do not dimension to Hidden Lines.
- First create the part from the drawing, then create the
drawing. Use the default A (ANSI) Landscape Sheet
Format/Size.- Insert a Front, Top and a Shaded Isometric view as
illustrated. Insert dimensions. Address all needed gaps.
Insert the proper Display modes.- Add a Smart (Linked) Parametric note for MATERIAL
THICKNESS in the drawing as illustrated. Hide the dimension in the Top view.
Insert needed Centerlines.- Modify the Hole dimension text to include 3X THRU EQ. SP. and 2X as illustrated.
- Insert Custom Properties: Material, Description, DrawnBy, DrawnDate,
CompanyName etc.
- Material is 1060 Alloy.
