Exercise 4.11: GUIDE eDrawing
Create the GUIDE eDrawing. A SOLIDWORKS eDrawing is a
compressed document that does not require the corresponding
part or assembly. A SOLIDWORKS eDrawing is animated to
display multiple views and dimensions. Review the eDrawing
SOLIDWORKS Help Topics for additional functionality. The
eDrawings Professional version contains additional options to
mark up a drawing.
- Open the GUIDE drawing. Note: The Finished GUIDE
drawing is located in the Chapter 4 Homework folder.
- Click File, Publish to eDrawing from the Main menu.
- Click the Animate button. Click Play. View the drawing.
- Click Stop. View
the Menu features.
Return to the initial
drawing. Click the
Reset button.
- Save the GUIDE
eDrawing.
- Close the
eDrawing.
