screen is 110 (as in the above example), it is not necessary to enter 112 in the manual
heart rate field. The ISIS system will store 110 to the "show data" field and use it as
the heart rate for calculation of VO 2 max.
Exhibit 4-42. Example 2 – manually entered heart rate - necessary Example 2: In the above example, the ISIS system captured the heart rate as 110. The
technician noticed that the heart rate was actually 120 at the time of data capture. This
is not within 5 beats of the captured value, so the technician manually entered 120 in
the heart rate field.
