Exhibit 6-3. Quality control logonWhen QC is selected from the Utilities menu, the User ID entry box will be displayed. SeeExhibit 6-3. Each technologist will have a personal ID. This ID will be used to identify the person who
completed the QC checks for this time period.
Enter your User ID and click ‘OK.’ If you do not want to do the QC checks at this time, click ‘Cancel.’
