„ Check calibration on the BP monitor with the mercury manometer (120-180 mmHg
within +/- 5 mmHg). If the BP calibration checks are not within the acceptable range,
follow the same procedures as in the first bullet for calibration of the BP monitor.


„ Check calibration on the BP monitor with mercury manometer (180-220 mmHg
within +/- 5 mmHg). If the BP calibration checks are not within the acceptable range
follow the same procedures as in the first bullet for calibration of the BP monitor.


„ Check calibration on the BP monitor with mercury manometer (220-255 mmHg
within +/- 5 mmHg). If the BP calibration checks are not within the acceptable range,
follow the same procedures as in the first bullet for calibration of the BP monitor.


„ Check that the calibration of the mercury manometer is intact. The procedures for this
are in Section 2.3.3 and are also on the laminated Quick Reference cards in the CV
Fitness room.
