3.15 Recording Problems with Data Acquisition During the Treadmill Test

Record problems with equipment, protocol, and data measurement or capture on the data

acquisition problem screen. Check all that apply. The categories are:

  1. No problem.

  2. Problem obtaining BP - the BP is not displayed on the BP monitor and not captured in
ISIS. Check the stage(s) when this happened.

  3. Problem obtaining HR (variability).

  4. Problem with data capture - the BP is displayed correctly on the BP monitor but not
    correctly captured in ISIS.

  5. Problem with electrodes (perspiration, chest hair, large chest/abdomen).

  6. Problem with BP cuff (large arm, cuff slipped, bending/flexing of arm).

  7. Problem with treadmill controller (accidental overshoot when advancing).

3.16 Component Status

The component status is set by the system based on predetermined criteria. If all the data

were obtained and captured, the status is set to complete. If the test was stopped early or some of the data

were not obtained or captured, the status will be set to partial. If the SP was excluded prior to the exam

due to safety/exclusion reasons or refusal, the status will be set to not done. If the status is set to partial or

not done, a comment is required. Some comments are set by the system based on predetermined criteria.
