Double Trouble? Dairy and Grains


There are a lot of competing ideas out there about what is good
for you and what isn’t. This is particularly true when it comes to
dairy products and grains, especially wheat. These two foods or
food groups can cause lots of ill health. I could sum up my recom-
mendations for the above in two simple statements:



  • Don’t eat dairy products in any shape or form from any ani-
    mal. Do this 100 percent for at least one month (no cheese, ice
    cream, sour cream, milk, butter, cottage cheese, yogurt, kefir)
    or preferably for a lifetime. See how you feel.

  • Eat only whole or sprouted grain products that you know you
    are NOT sensitive to. Be very cautious with wheat and other
    glutinous grains, or go gluten free for one month.


Why No Dairy?


It is very simple. I have seen more suffering from common
health complaints stopped immediately by eliminating dairy prod-
ucts than any other single medical therapy. It is so obvious. All you
have to do is go off dairy products completely for at least three
weeks, then reintroduce them. Just see for yourself.
I have a list of scientific reasons why I think you should not
eat dairy products. But don’t even read them if you are so locked
into the false belief that dairy products are good for you and you
have to eat them for strong bones and protein. If I have made any
