build the exercise habit. Take three to nine months to build this im-

it daily into your life in fun, creative ways, it is not work anymore
and you are truly living the principle “make your health a fun part-
time job.” You will be reaping the benefits for a lifetime.
Remember, do something daily, but don’t hurt yourself. Incor-
