The Body: Falling Apart or Always Healing?


We are all aging, and our physical body will die someday, so I
guess you could say that we are always falling apart. That is not
the way I choose to believe and feel about how my body works. I
believe your body is always trying to come back to balance—al-
ways trying to heal itself. If I just get out of the way and give it
what it needs—real whole food, physical activity, sunshine, a clean
environment, good sleep, challenges but not overwhelming stress,
and clear visions of what my true passions are (9 Simple Steps)—it
will perform beautifully until I am 110! This age just popped into
my head in the last several years. As I see it, I am not quite halfway
through my life yet! My body wants to be well. It is programmed
to be well, and so is yours. Just give it what it needs and as little
as possible of what it doesn’t need, and it will do the rest magnifi-
cently. Believe it!
