people, but my restaurant guests really "go” for this.
The recipe has been requested numerous times.


Corn Chowder Recipe
Preparation time: about 30 minutes. 12-15 servings.

4 ounces of ba
2 1/2 ounces of chopped onions
4 ounces chopped celery
4 ounces flour
6 cups chicken
5 1/2 cups creamed co
10 ounces diced potatoes,
Salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon
1 teaspoon Worcestershire s
2 1/2 cups hot milk or cream


In
Melt fat or butt
Add onion and celery and cook
Add flour and blend until smooth
Add chicken stock and stir well
Add corn, potatoes, salt, white pe
Simmer 1/2 hour or until potatoes are done
Remove from direct heat
