BA Illustration and Visual media

Having completed her BA, Ahwa
Habeeb is now embarking on an
MA in Philosophy, with a focus
on contemporary art theory.
“This may seem like a jump, but
I’d argue that art is rooted in
philosophy and that philosophy
is rooted in art,” she says.
Her project, Copy/Paste
Culture & the Death of
Originality, examines how the
rise of digital mediums have
allowed art to be easily
reproducible, which changes
how we perceive it.

HARRY EASTHAM
BA Graphic design
Kingston University

Harry Eastham’s approach to
design is all about pushing
boundaries. “I love to question
structures, digital experiences
and ways of interacting,” he says.
One highlight of his time at
university was creating the
visual identity for its graduate
show, Units. “A small group of us
worked to develop a dynamic
identity system, which
communicated the assemblage
of people, coming together to
form a greater whole,” he says.
Eastham was also awarded a
D&AD New Blood Pencil, along
with his co-founder Jack Fancy,
for MATR1: an ongoing
experimental platform to inspire
young creatives to explore the
world outside of design.
