auspicious phase, repeat the ritual for better results.
Although some candle spells specifically call for a
seven-day ritual, all candle burning with straight or
votive candles always has a more powerful effect if
repeated three, five, seven, or nine times.
Write out your desire so you can see if you have it
clearly in mind. You want to create opportunities to gain
what you desire, instead of depending on random
chance to fulfill it. For example, you do not want your
spell for money to be fulfilled through an injury or
death. In this case, state that you wish a positive
opportunity to gain money to come your way.
Remember the law of karma. If you deliberately harm
someone or break up a relationship so you can have one
of the partners, you will eventually pay a heavy price for
such unethical behavior. Besides doing the spell for the
wrong reasons, such as greed, jealousy, or revenge, you
are also limiting yourself and interfering with the free
will of another. Think how you would respond if
someone tried to manipulate and control you through
magick.
