Release Situations or People from Your Life

CANDLES Straight or votive candles in the following
colors: one black (remove negative forces), one light
blue (happiness, wisdom, inner peace), and one brown
(ground and center).

OIL Lilac or patchouli.

HERBS Lemon verbena.

INCENSE Patchouli or cedar.

STONES Aventurine, jade, petrified wood, and clear

quartz crystal.

OTHER SUPPLIES Small metal cauldron; small piece of
paper.
