Banish Serious or Terminal Illness

CANDLES Black skull candle, astrological candle for the

person for whom the healing is being done.

OIL Myrrh or patchouli.

HERBS Rue.

INCENSE Frankincense, combined frankincense and

myrrh, patchouli, or vervain.

STONES Black obsidian and black onyx.

OTHER SUPPLIES Small nail.

TIMING On the new moon or during the waning moon

cycle.

DAY Saturday.
ADVICE As with any healing, make certain the sick
person actually wants to recover. If she/he feels that
her/his time has come, do not interfere with karma, but
instead work for a peaceful passing.

SPELLWORK Light the altar candles and the incense.
Using a nail or other sharp instrument, carve the sick
person's name and the name of her/his disease onto the
black skull candle. Carve only the person's initials on the
astrological candle. Anoint the skull candle from the end
to the wick, the astrological candle from the wick to the
end. In the center of the altar, place the skull candle and
an astrological candle representing the sick person, side
by side, touching. Place the onyx near the astrological
candle and the obsidian near the skull candle.
