STONES Lodestone, aventurine, and malachite.
OTHER SUPPLIES Small nail; small piece of paper.
TIMING On the full moon or the waxing moon cycle.
DAY Friday.
ADVICE Do not use this spell to force someone to love
you. Control over another will only bring you heartache
and misery. The controlled person will always resent
your action subconsciously and will constantly try to
move away from you. This spell is best used when a
person is in love with you, but is hesitant to make a
commitment.
SPELLWORK Light the altar candles and the incense.
Using a nail, carve the initials of the man into the red
figure candle. Write your name on the piece of paper.
Anoint all the candles from the wick to the end, and set
the figure candle in the center of your altar. Place a gold
(on the outside) and a white candle to both the left and
right of this figure. Put the aventurine between the left-
hand candles, and the malachite between the right-hand
ones. Set the lodestone behind the figure candle and on
the paper containing your name. Light the figure candle
first, then the others. Say the chant seven times. Leave
the candles to burn out completely. Dispose of the wax
after the figure candle has burned out.
