It is very important to use this chart each time before
you begin dowsing on past lives, astrology, or the
planets, as you must be assured that the pendulum's
accuracy is high enough to give you the true and
potentially valuable answer you seek. This chart will
give you the accuracy rating of a particular pendulum at
any given time. Since your emotional state and physical
vitality will change from day to day or from one part of
a day to another, you may wish to check the accuracy of
your pendulum at that time. Any time the accuracy rate
falls below 60 percent, it is best not to use that
particular pendulum at that time, or not do any
pendulum divining at that time.

why the pendulum is not working at peak efficiency. If
you dowse on the accuracy chart and get a low figure,
this chart can help you pinpoint the reason. All of the
segment names are easily understood, except perhaps for
the "Other People" category. People who are skeptical or
who really do not want you to reveal an answer to their
question can influence the pendulum's accuracy. It is
also possible that your own subconscious mind is afraid
to reveal the answer you say you are seeking. This
negative influence also extends to people who are
jealous of your abilities and wish you to fail. Remember
that some pendulums simply are not useful for dowsing
on certain types of questions. If a certain pendulum
consistently rates a low percentage of accuracy in
preparation for asking particular questions, you will
need to use another pendulum.
