Identify the details
When you look at the information for a
transaction, note not only the vendor but the
date. This will help you more quickly locate the
email in question. An order ID could help too.2
Delete the email
Search for the name of the vendor and
move from page to page, using the date to find
the email. Looking for an order number could

View Google Account
Go to https://myaccount.google.
com in your browser and log into your Google
account. Then click ‘Payments & subscriptions’
from the side menu.4
View an entry
Now click on one of the entries in order to
view it. Google shows you a summary of the
order and, if you click the ‘i’ icon, it will tell you
where it has gathered it from.2
Manage your purchases
In the second section of the Payments
& Subscriptions screen, Google will show the
latest three purchases it has been able to track.
Click ‘Manage purchases’ to see them all.5
Remove an entry
If you want to delete the entry, click
‘Remove Purchase’. There is no way to mass-
remove entries so you’ll have to select each
one in turn and follow this process.3
Keep scrolling
Perhaps scroll down the screen at this
point just to see the extent of the information
Google has tracked. The icons next to each
one indicate the nature of the purchase.6
Go to Gmail
Most of your purchase information will
have come from Gmail. Google gives you the
option to visit Gmail and from there you have to
manually find the email and delete it.
