Open Settings

Start off by going to

Settings>Passwords &

Accounts and then tap on the

‘Website & App Passwords’

option at the top.

Sign in

You will need to sign in

with Touch or Face ID. Once

done, scroll through the list of

stored passwords. Duplicates

will display ‘!’ icons.

Change it

Tap on an item to view

the stored username and

password. If it is a duplicated,

password, tap ‘Change

Password on Website’.

I think that my iPhone
mobile data is being eaten
up by app downloads. How
can I prevent this in the future?

Go to Settings>iTunes & App Store
and then you can disable automatic
downloads for Music, Apps, Books &
Audiobooks and Updates by turning
off the switches. Additionally, make
sure that the ‘Use Mobile Data’ option
on the same settings page is also
turned off and your monthly data
plan should no longer be blitzed by
unwanted app updates and other
stealthy downloads.

How do I prevent software
update notifications from
appearing in the top-right
of my Mac screen? It is annoying
having to keep changing them to
‘Remind me tomorrow’.

If you are not entirely fussed about
keeping your Mac up-to-date, go to
System Preferences>Software Update
and then untick the ‘Automatically
keep my Mac up to date’ option.
You can also click on the ‘Advanced’
button and turn off ‘Check for
updates’ and other options.

There are also some

useful options to

explore by opening

Settings>Books. For

example, turning on

‘Reading Now’ syncs

your current book and

page across your Mac

and iOS devices.
