can also be operated singly for mono music
and phone calls. The SoundBuds also feature a
rather neat built-in mic and tapping the side of
one of the buds enables ‘touch to talk’, so you
can use Siri without having to fumble around
on your device.
The buds themselves are well designed
and comfortable to wear, although they only
actually work for four hours before they
require topping up. This isn’t a big problem
however because the case itself can carry a
14-hour charge, so you should have enough
power all-in to see you through the day. The
quality of sound is much better than we would
have expected for the price, but we would still
prefer something with a little more definition.

rival tech companies have been upping their
game when it comes to wireless headphone
technology – specifically earbuds that come in
charging cases. Duking it out with the AirPods
in the precision sound quality stakes are the
Bang & Olufsen E8s, but Groov-e is looking
to exploit the one main chink in the armour of
Apple’s wireless earphones – the price.
