Trico will focus business with suppliers committed to continuous improvement and
proactive relationship who share our goal of World Class status.

Our suppliers will be encouraged through our Supplier Association mechanism to:

●Work with us in an open cooperative way involving all functions
●Improve continuously supply logistics to deliver frequently to the point of use:
●guaranteed quality
●guaranteed quantity
●on time, every time
●Provide active involvement in our design processes to:
●optimise materials, processes and tooling
●reduce costs, delays and lead times
●Actively participate in target costing, value analysis and cost reduction pro-
grammes
●Contribute to effective and timely communications across all functions
●Develop a culture of continual improvement and elimination of waste from all
processes
●Introduce EDI and CAD links where appropriate
●Be capable of growth and diversification to support future business needs
