endowed scholarship
The purpose of this scholarship endow-
ment shall be to provide recognition and
financial assistance, based on need and

School of Art and Design. Established in
memory of John Herlitz, class of 1964,
and Joan Herlitz.

from Naomi Leff, class of 1973, this full
scholarship is awarded annually to one
student who exhibits excellence in interior
design, who is in good academic standing,
and who demonstrates financial need.
herschel levit scholarship

Founded in 1986 by a group of donors
to honor Professor Herschel Levit’s 31
years of service to Pratt, this scholarship
is given to talented Pratt students in
their sophomore or junior year majoring
in Advertising, Graphic Design, and
