A fund established by students, alumni,
and friends from the business world as a
tribute to William L. Longyear, associate
dean emeritus and former chair of the
Department of Advertising Design,
awarded annually to Communications
Design students and to graduate Package
Design students on the basis of need and
scholarship. The recipients are nominated
by the department chairs and two faculty
members for approval by the dean of the
School of Art and Design.

An endowed scholarship fund established
by George Klauber, class of 1952, in
memory of John S. Marquardt, class
of 1989. A scholarship will be awarded
annually to outstanding undergraduates
majoring in Illustration, Advertising/Art
