elementary and junior high school
teachers seeking courses at Pratt for
professional enhancement in their work

equal, females shall be given preference.

1931, this scholarship is for students who
demonstrate unusual interest and talent

Miss Frances Weber in memory of the
well-known artist who was a member of
the class of 1900, to be used annually to
provide scholarship aid for students in the
School of Art and Design.
