Hearing how people are thinking
Human beings naturally blend a rich and heady mix of the VAK dimensions,
and yet people tend to have a preference for one modality over the others.
How do you decide whether you or others have a preference for the visual,
auditory, or kinaesthetic dimension? To discover more about your primary
modality, try out the following fun quiz on yourself and with friends and col-
leagues – we don’t claim that the test’s scientific, but it takes only a couple of
