1 tablespoon tamari
2 tablespoons chopped almonds
SAUCE
3 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon tamari
1 garlic clove, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Cut the tofu into small cubes.
- Toss the tofu with the olive oil and tamari, place in a glass baking
dish, and bake for about 30 minutes.
- Mix the sauce in a blender.
- Steam the broccoli.
- Toss the tofu and broccoli with sauce, split between two plates, top
with chopped almonds, and serve.
