1 tablespoon tamari
2 tablespoons chopped almonds

SAUCE


3 tablespoons chopped almonds
1 tablespoon tamari
1 garlic clove, minced
2 to 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 cups broccoli florets


  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.

  2. Cut the tofu into small cubes.

  3. Toss the tofu with the olive oil and tamari, place in a glass baking


dish, and bake for about 30 minutes.


  1. Mix the sauce in a blender.

  2. Steam the broccoli.

  3. Toss the tofu and broccoli with sauce, split between two plates, top


with chopped almonds, and serve.

Mahimahi always tastes delicious to me, but with this sauce it is ab-
solutely mouthwatering!
SERVES 2
2 4-ounce mahimahi fillets
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
(^1) ⁄ 4 teaspoon salt
(^1) ⁄ 4 teaspoon pepper
