Try some different toppings on your pizza this time.
CR UST (SEE PIZZA WITH PESTO SAUCE, P AGE 263)
PESTO SAUCE
2 cups chopped fresh basil
(^1) ⁄ 2 cup olive oil
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup walnuts
2 garlic cloves
(^1) ⁄ 3 cup grated Parmesan
1 boneless, skinless, chicken breast, sliced
TOPPING
2 tomatoes, thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 tablespoon grated Parmesan
(^1) ⁄ 4 cup chèvre



  1. Preheat the grill.

  2. Make the crust following the directions on page 263.

  3. Blend the pesto.

  4. Grill the chicken for 10 minutes on each side, and cut into thin


slices.


  1. Spread pesto on the baked crust, top with the tomatoes, garlic,


Parmesan, chèvre, and chicken breasts.


  1. Place back in the oven for 5 minutes.
