Grab a handful of these between meals.
Roasted Nuts
- Make in batches to last for the week.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F.
- Mix the nuts and spices.
- Roast on a baking sheet in the oven for 10 to 20 minutes.
- Cool and store in the fridge, to avoid rancid oils.

1 tablespoon tamari
Pinch of cayenne
pumpkin pecans
2 cups pecans
1 teaspoon melted ghee (clarified butter)
2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
spicy cashews
2 cups cashews
(^1) ⁄ 4 teaspoon cayenne
(^1) ⁄ 2 teaspoon salt
